How to use

1. Secure your hair

Tie your hair back to keep it out of the way.

2. Clean the area

Clean the area below the ears thoroughly with alcohol to remove oil and impurities.
Wait 10–15 seconds until completely dry.

3. Remove the adhesive protection

Locate the centre line of the strip and gently peel off the protective film from one side, keeping the other side covered.

4. Attach the first end

Without twisting the strip, press firmly to secure it in place.

5. Stretch and position

Carefully stretch the strip across the nape of the neck until it reaches the other side.

6. Attach the other end

Secure the remaining side firmly.
